Tito's Story

One Dog Awakened the Hero in All of Us

Tito's story is more than a rescue. It's the spark that drew a village together — and an invitation to find the hero in you.

Tito's Story

The dog who started it all

Our lead veterinarian, Dr. Gaby, found Tito on El Tunco beach — four months old, struggling with skin problems and picking fights. She took him to safety and led him through the medical-first path: treatment, recovery, and neuter surgery, staying close to see him through the complications that followed.

Two months later, healthy and whole, Tito came along to the Bitcoin Farmer's Market — and that's where everything changed. There, Gaby met Sherry, who offered to foster him, fell in love, and adopted him.

In a single week, Tito serendipitously drew together the dozen people who would become Tito's Hope. He's living proof of the path every animal now follows — rescue, care, adoption.

The Hero in All of Us

Tito's story invokes the hero in all of us

One stray dog moved a vet to act, a stranger to open her home, and a community to build something lasting. That's the quiet truth of Tito's Hope: every rescue begins with someone who refuses to look away. His story isn't just about a dog who was saved — it's an invitation to step into your own hero's journey, and help write the next one.
