A Salvadoran veterinarian with a profound commitment to her country, she specializes in rapid-response animal welfare — a master of "quick assessments," systematically surveying local areas to identify animals in need and prioritizing the most critical cases. Once the most vulnerable are delivered to safety, she mobilizes her extensive network of Salvadoran volunteer veterinarians and students to create large-scale change. From pop-up clinics to multi-day spay and neuter campaigns, Dr. Gaby leads community-based medical outreach. For her, the mission is non-negotiable: every stray dog and cat in El Salvador deserves the chance at a happy, healthy life.

Dr. Vane is the surgical cornerstone and strategic architect of Tito's Hope. A Salvadoran veterinarian driven by medical excellence, she specializes in the complex surgical interventions that give the most vulnerable animals a second chance — master of the operating table, turning critical diagnoses into life-saving recoveries. As surgeon and campaign organizer she bridges emergency triage and long-term rehabilitation, giving every pop-up clinic and multi-day campaign the precision of a high-level hospital. For Dr. Vane, Tito's Hope is a standard of care: with the right expertise and a community of support, no animal is beyond saving.

Sherry brings over two decades of Silicon Valley leadership to Tito's Hope. With an MBA and a program-management career in big tech since 1998, her greatest skill is unifying highly skilled people around a common cause. Her journey to El Salvador began as a quest for health and financial sovereignty — and became a mission of service when she met Dr. Gaby and a stray dog named Tito. Traveling with her senior Schnauzer, April, she saw how Tito's story drew in big-hearted, talented people. Today she applies her background in scaling complex systems so Dr. Gaby's medical field work is backed by a robust, sustainable, efficient organization.
