Dr. Gaby is the medical heart and tactical engine of Tito's Hope. A Salvadoran veterinarian with a profound commitment to her country, she specializes in rapid-response animal welfare — a master of "quick assessments," systematically surveying local areas to identify animals in need and prioritizing the most critical cases. Once the most vulnerable are delivered to safety, she mobilizes her extensive network of Salvadoran volunteer veterinarians and students to create large-scale change. From pop-up clinics to multi-day spay and neuter campaigns, Dr. Gaby leads community-based medical outreach. With an MBA and a program-management career in big tech since 1998, her greatest skill is unifying highly skilled people around a common cause. Today she applies her background in scaling complex systems so Dr. Gaby's medical field work is backed by a robust, sustainable, efficient organization.
